Pick a pumpkin or apple
Nothing says fall like finding the perfect pumpkin for carving. Fortunately, there’s no shortage of pumpkin patches and apple orchards near Rochester. Visit a festival
The annual Fall Fest takes place on Oct. 5, 2019 at the Peace Plaza Downtown. This is the fourth year of this fun, family-friendly event, where attendees can participate in a pumpkin carving contest, visit a petting zoo, or try their hand at fall-themed crafts. For adults, the local Oktoberfest offers delicious German beer and brat samples, as well as live music.
